Nave reinstallation

I needed to reinstall Nazve because of a disk error. When I try to activate it in eLicenser it says I can only use the code once. How do I get a new one and why?

Hi I have the same problem.
I have a Time Machine backup, so maybe I can delve into the directories and try to find my authorisation, but some info from the support could help a lot..
